It is a beautiful cold 7 degree morning here in Kalispell, Montana warming up to 30 degrees at 2:00 PM – YAY!! I believe winter here in Montana is absolutely beautiful, because I really love having 4 distinct seasons! Whether skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort or Blacktail Ski Resort in Lakeside, snowmobiling up by Hungry Horse or any other location, ice fishing, hunting, or any other outside activity, Montana has it all! Even though most of Glacier National Park is closed for the winter, you can still enjoy visiting Lake McDonald – which is breathtaking any time of the year.
